Abstract

In this study, a new Lewis base-containing phenanthroline Ni(II) dithiophosphonato complex was synthesized from Ni(II)dithiophosphonato complex which is previously known. The complex has ionic structure and paramagnetic properties. The structure of the synthesized coordination compound was elucidated by elemental analysis, magnetic susceptibility measurements, FT-IR and mass spectroscopy measurements.
