The blending, soothing, and softening of registers is among the principles and objectives of vocal training. Therefore, the voice break at register transition is the problem that has to be solved during vocal training. The register term that has become concrete by the invention of laryngoscope by Manuel Garcia in 1856, has become the subject of a lot of research and has been of interest of the vocal trainers and specialists. In this research, the reasons of the problem of voice break at register transition and the approaches to solve this problem during vocal training are discussed. This research is verified by thematically and the problem is explained by descriptive approach and taxonomically.
Registerlerin harmanlanması, pürüzsüzleştirilmesi, yumuşatılması şan eğitiminin ilkeleri ve amaçları arasında yer alır. Bu nedenle, register geçiş yerlerinde meydana gelen ses kırılması problemi, şan eğitiminde çözülmesi beklenen bir sorundur. Manuel Garcia’nın 1856 yılında laringoskopu icat etmesiyle beraber somutluk kazanan register kavramı, ses eğitimcileri ve ses uzmanlarının ilgi alanına girmiş ve pek çok araştırmaya konu olmuştur. Bu araştırmada, şan eğitiminde register geçiş yerlerinde meydana gelen ses kırılması probleminin nedenleri ve problemin çözümüne yönelik yaklaşımlar ele alınmıştır. Araştırma, tematik olarak incelenen derleme bir çalışmadır ve problem sınıflandırılarak betimsel yaklaşımla açıklanmıştır.
