Plastic arts, especially painting and sculpture, are considered to be subject to modulation laws. In the article written with this idea, it is claimed that eye conflict with hands is determinant. The study aims to represent representation in the artistic attitude dominated by the eye, and in the artistic attitude dominated by the hand, to show that the work appears as a presence in itself. While the concepts of line and light come to the fore in the attitude dominated by the eye, the concepts of line, stain, diagram, digital, haptic, fractal, vitality come to the fore in the attitude dominated by the hand. The second aim of the article is to discuss a mechanism called the “Devr-Âlem”, which was developed by adhering to the Abstract Expressionism movement and inspired by the concept of modulation, in which the hand ruled and the body that takes action turns into a hand. In Pollock's image that he calls "All-Over", the eye is contented with seeing its power produced by non-brush tools that tend to plan. In “Devr-i Alem”, on the other hand, he is content with seeing the fractal power of the drawing that tends to be a plan, the plan that tends to be a volume, which the viewer breathes with the colors of air (spray paint) and his creation with all his existence. Here, contrary to popular belief, the work of art is an interdisciplinary action that is defined as “The Gas State of Art” and turns into the experience by opening the way for interactive participation. The cosmic formation of optical (appealing to the eye) originating in the space created as a result of action advises the audience not to enjoy what they look at, but to enjoy looking.
