ÖZET

X. asrın son çeyreğinde kurularak XII. asrın son çeyreğinde yıkılan Gazneli Devleti, devlet ve teskilât olarak kendinden önce Orta Asya’da kurulan bozkır Türk devletleri ile Ortadoğu ve İran’da kurulan İslâm devletlerinin özelliklerini yansıtmaktadır. Bu devletlerin başında Abbasî ve Sâmânî devletleri gelmektedir. Gazneliler, bilhassa saray teskilâtlarını, selefleri olan Sâmânîler vasıtasıyla Abbasîler’den almışlardır.

“Giris”e ilâveten üç ana bölüm ve müteakiben “Sonuç”, “Kaynakça”, “Dizin” kısımlarından olusan çalısma, devletin başında bulunan hükümdar, sarayı ve sarayda görev alan birinci ve ikinci dereceden memurları konu edinmektedir. Devlet, hükümdarın etrafında ve onun sahsıyla kaimdir. Saray teşrifat usul ve kaideleri çok, karmaşık ve ihtişama dayalı olup, sarayda, sultana ve saray halkına yönelik hizmetler veren görevliler mevcuttur.

ABSTRACT

Ghaznavids State that founded in the last quarter of the tenth century and fell in the later twelfth century, reflected in respect of both organization and institutions the characteristics of the Turkish states of the Central Asia steppes and those of the Islamic states which had ruled in Iran and the Middle East earlier centuries. Among these the Abbasids and Samanids were the most prominent ones. Ghaznavids borrowed the organization of their court from Abbasids through Samanids Dynasty.

Consisting of an “Introduction”, three main chapters

 

, a “Conclusion”, a “Bibliography” and an “Index” this study is concerned with the ruler (sultan), the cheif of state, the courtiers, the senior and subordinate officials in the court. The state was identified itself with the personality of the sultan. The conventions of the imperial protocol were too stately and complicated and in court, there are the officials in the service of the sultan and his family and the courtiers.
