Abstract
ÖZET
Kur’an ve sünnette aile birliğinin korunması detaylı anlatılır.
Kur’an’da zaman zaman ortaya çıkabilecek çeşitli ailevi problemlerin çözülebilmesi için, öncelikle eşlerin özverili olmaları istenir; ayrıca hem erkek hem de kadın aileleri sorumlu tutulur. Sünnette boşanma arşı titreten bir olay olarak tanımlanır. Hadîs mecmualarında da Peygamberimizin bazı boşanmaları önlemeye yönelik çabaları nakledilir. İslâm hukukunda ise boşanma, genel hükmü itibariyle sakınılması gereken bir olay (hazr), özel hükmü itibariyle ise en son çare olarak değerlendirilir.

ABSTRACT
The preservation of the family is explained in detail in Qur’an
and Sunnah. In the Qur’an spouses are requested, firstly, to be selfsacrificing (unselfish) in order to solve family problems that may occur from time to time. In addition, both man and woman families are held responsible. In sunnah, the divorce is explained as an event shaking the Throne. In hadith books, there are explanations of our Prophet’s attempts to prevent some divorces. In Islamic Law, the divorce, in general, is understood as an event that should be avoided. In special, circumstances it is treated as the last resort.
