Yıldız Yağmuru is one of the novels of Faruk Nafiz Çamlıbel who created literary works as part of Country Literature which is mentioned as an art perception in the early years of Republic. The novel which is not studied much academically bears the stamps of Anatolia and biography of writers. Country Literature which is more dominant in the poetry, occurred also for novel, reflects the writer’s attitude and also the prevalent politic and artistic perception. In this sense, the novel which is formed by Country Literature gain importance as a literary work.
ÖZ
Yıldız Yağmuru, Cumhuriyet’in ilk yılla-rında belirgin bir sanat algısı olan Memleket Edebiyatı kapsamında ürünler veren Faruk Nafiz Çamlıbel’in roman türünde verdiği eserdir. Üzerinde pek durulmamış bir eser olan roman, yazarın yaşamöyküsünden ve Anadolu duyarlılığından izler taşır. Daha çok şiir türünde etkisini hissettiren Memleket Edebiyatının, roman türünde de karşılık bulduğunu örnekleyen roman, hem yazarın tutumunu hem de dönemin egemen siyasal ve sanatsal algısını yansıtır. Bu doğrultuda roman, Memleket Edebiyatı algısının şekil-lendirdiği bir eser olması özelliğiyle önem kazanır.
