Abstract
Bu çalışma, ergin ördeklerin (Anas Platryhynchos) perifer kan lenfosit (PBL) oranı ile alfa-naftil asetat
esteraz (ANAE) ve asit fosfataz (ACP) pozitif lenfosit oranlarını belirlemek amacıyla yapıldı. Çalışmada 8
ergin evcil ördekten alınan kan örnekleri kullanıldı. ANAE-pozitif lenfosit oranları % 32.62 olarak tespit
edilirken, ACP pozitif lenfosit oranı % 78.5 olarak bulundu. Perifer kan lenfosit oranı ise % 67 olarak
belirlendi.
