THE CAUSALITY TEST BETWEEN ECONOMICS GROWTH, UNEMPLOYMENT AND INEQUALITY OF INCOME

Abstract

This brief is abstracted that Turkey's great economic growth trend in terms of unemployment and inequality of income. This article has two parts. One is about economics growt h and unemployment rate. It is aimed to examine whether catched this growtprocess reinforce dismiissed unemployment.Another important thesis question is  what  the  direction of  causality between them.  Inorder  to understand these conceptions, Vector Error Correction Model and Granger Cau sality Test are used in the assessment. The other part is about Economic growth and GINI rate repr esented inequality ofincomeare analyzed to investigate relation between them.  To understand t his relationship, It isapplied graphical analysis test.
