ORTODONTİK TEDAVİ SONRASI NÜKS GÖRÜLEN HASTANIN LİNGUAL MEKANİKLERLE TEDAVİSİ: VAKA RAPORU

Öz

Günümüzde, her geçen gün estetik olmayan braketleme sistemlerinden daha estetik alternatifler aranmaya başlamıştır. Ön dişlerin estetik olarak dizilimi ve görünümü diş hekimliğinde önemli bir konu olmuş ve bu önem hastalar için lingual ortodonti tercihinde birinci sebep halini almıştır. Gelişen teknolojiyle beraber, karmaşık uygulama alanı bulunan ve mekanik tekniklerin zorluğuyla ön plana çıkan lingual ortodonti daha kolay uygulanabilir ve daha efektif sonuçlar ortaya çıkarabilir hale gelmiştir. Bu vaka raporunun amacı, 12 yıl önce tamamlanan ortodontik tedavi sonrası alt kesici dişlerde oluşan çapraşıklığın lingual ortodontik tedavi ile düzeltilmesini sunmaktır.

Treatment of the Orthodontic Treatment Relapse with Lingual Mechanics : A Case Report

Öz

Recently, more and more aesthetic alternatives are being sought from non-aesthetic bracketing systems. The aesthetic arrangement and appearance of anterior teeth has become an important issue in dentistry and this importance has become the first reason for the choice of lingual orthodontics for patients. With the advancing technology, lingual orthodontics, which has a complex application field and which is characterized by the difficulty of mechanical techniques, has become more easily applicable and can produce results that are more effective. The aim of this case report is to present the treatment of the lower incisor crowding occurred following 12 years post-orthodontic treatment with lingual orthodontic appliances.
