In the present work the püre salt Solutions and salt-added colloidaî Solutions were investi- gated in a magnetic field produced by a LRC Circuit. The magnetic loss factor which is imaginary part of a complex permeability, was stutied as a funetion of salt ions and colloidaî maeroion concentrations. KCl, NaCI, CaCİ2,MgCİ2 and BaCl^ were used as salts and the Solutions oî ağar were used as colloidaî Solutions. The main parameters were calculated and the conditions of maximum. energy absorptions were discussed for each solution. It was observed that the maxi- mum energy absorption was fregueney and concentration dependent at constant tenıperature.
