ARTICLE EVALUATION PROCESS

1. A formal preliminary examination of each submitted manuscript is done by the editors of the publication. If the manuscript has formal deficiencies, the correspondence author is notified for correction. These deficiencies must be filled in order for the article to be evaluated by the reviewers. Manuscripts that fail the pre-checks may be rejected by the editor.

2. The manuscripts that pass the pre-checks are sent to at least two referees for evaluation by the editors. If both  two reviewers decide to reject, the manuscript is rejected. If one of the reviewers rejected and the other decides to accept/revision, an invitation is sent to a third reviewer. In this case, the final decision is made by the editor by evaluating according to the three reviewers' decisions.

3. Manuscripts deemed appropriate by the editorial board are sent to consultants for evaluation. Consultant responses can be "published", "published after correction in line with criticism", "I would like to see it again after being corrected in line with criticism" or "unpublished".

4. The final version of the manuscripts decided to be published is sent to the correspondence author for review (For articles with more than one author, the correspondence author is responsible for conveying the final version of the manuscript to other authors and obtaining their approval). The suitability of the manuscript for printing is evaluated and the result is forwarded to the journal editor by the corresponding author.

5. After your manuscript has been sent to the typesetting, you will be informed that "your article has been accepted for publication" from the editor of the journal.
