Abstract

PSHT’u konvansiyonel tedavilerin etkili olmadigi malign ve non- malign birgok hematolojik hastahklarda kullanilan bir tedavi yaklasi- midir. Her yasta uygulanabilmesi, donor riskinin az olmasi, erken he- matolojik rekonstitiisyon saglamasi, immun rekonstittisyonun cabuk ve stabil olmasi, relatif olarak ucuz, bir tedavi secenegi olmasi, hospi- talizasyon stiresinin kisa olmasi ve kemik iligi tutulumu olan vakalar
