Abstract

nkara Universitesi Radyodiagnostik Anabilim Dah Anjiografi Birimi’nde 30 transplante bébrekli hastaya intraarteriyel dijital subtraksiyon anjiografi (L[A-DSA) incelemesi yapilmistir. Erken ve geg¢ dénemde ortaya cikan ve damarsal oldugu dtistintilen komplikasyonlarda lA-DSA’nin tani degeri ve tedaviyi yénlendirici rolti ortaya konmustur, Ozellikle transplante bébrek anjiografik deferlendirilmesinde onem tasiyan, anastomoz yeri, arteriyel yapilar, interlober arterler, arkuat arterler, bébregin nefrogram fazi, kontrast madde ekskresyonu ve venoz yapilar gésterilmis; venéz obstriiksiyon olmayan olgularda venoz déntis zaman hesaplanmistir.

The Diagnostic Value of Intraarterial Digital Subtraction Angiography in Complications of the Renal Transplantation

Abstract

Intraarterial digital subtraction angiography was applied to thirty patients with transplanted kidneys at the Department of Radiology, Angiography Section. The diagnostic value of IA-DSA in the management of the complications that were thought to be vascular which appeared in the early postoperative period of patients with transplanted kidneys was shown. The structures such as anastomose junction of the renal artery, intrarenal branches, nephrogram phase that are especially important in the evaluation of transplanted kidneys and excretion of contrast medium were readily demonstrated with IA-DSA. Venous return period of the cases without venous obstruction was cacllculated. The diagnosis of transplant renal artery steosis is definite with {A-DSA. This procedure enables treatment through angioplasty in the same session.
