Treatment of Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm With Suprarenal and Juxtarenal Component Through Thoracoabdominal Approach

Abstract

Suprarenal saccular abdominal aortic aneurysm is rarely seen. To repair this kind of aneurysms which is very hard to find out, thoracoabdominal approach is necessary. One patient who had a 17x12 cm. sized juxtarenal abdominal aortic aneurysm together with one small suprarenal saccular aortic aneurysm had been treated through thoracoabdominal approach. Excision with primer suture has been to the small saccular aneurysm, and a bifurcation graft had been implanted to the big juxtarenal aneurym.

Suprarenal Ve Juxt Arenal Komponentli Abdominal Aort Anevrizmasının Torakoabdominal Yaklaşımla Tedavisi

Abstract

Suprarenal sakküler abdominal aort anevrizması nadiren görülür. Tespit edilmesi çok zor olan bu tür anevrizmaları onarmak için torakoabdominal yaklaşım gereklidir. 17x12 cm. boyutlarında juxtarenal abdominal aort anevrizması ve küçük bir suprarenal sakküler aort anevrizması olan bir hasta torakoabdominal yaklaşımla tedavi edildi. Küçük sakküler anevrizmaya primer sütürle eksizyon yapıldı ve büyük juxtarenal anevrizmaya bifurkasyon grefti yerleştirildi.
