Abstract
Primordial veya keratokist, odontojenik bir kist olup sıklıkla mandibulada 3. molar diş etrafında yerleşmekde ve kollajenolitik aktivite gösterebilen bir duvar kapsamı sebebi ile çok büyük boyutlara ulaşabilmektedir. Tanı ve ayırıcı tanısı önemli özellikler göstermesi sebebi ile bu makale yazılmaya değer bulunmuştur.

Abstract
Primordial cysis account for some 3 to 11 per cent of odontogenic cysts. The extensive growth of these cysts may be due to Iytic substances in the cyst wall. They are usualiy seen in young adults but may present in older patients because growth without bony expansion can continue for a long time. In this paper, a case with primordial cyst ireated in our clinic is presented and discussed.
