Abstract

We investigated 326 singleton fetus in Gazi University, Medical
Faculty, Department of Radiology between March 1988 and December
1988.
We measured APD and FL and interorbital distance from out of
orbita to out of orbita (00) and from inner side to inner side (II). We
investigated correlation of these parameters and relation to gestati-
onal age. We emphasized the importance of the determination of fe-
tal anatomy.

tek fetuslu gebe ultrasonografik olarak incelendi.
Her gebede BPD ve FL gibi klasik parametrelerin yanisira distan
disa 00 ve (00) Il ve icten ice (II) orbitalar arasi mesafeler dlctldu. BPD ile
mesafeleri arasindaki iliskiler, bu yeni parametrelerin birbir-
leriyle ve gebelik haftasi ile iliskisi arastirildi. Bu élgiimlerin her ge-
belik haftasmna ait normal degerleri belirlendi. Fetal anatomilerin int-
rauterin dénemde saptanmasindaki rolu vurgulanmaya ealisild..
