Abstract

Mide divertikult tanisi ile daha 6nce ameliyat edilmis, fakat semptomlari geg¢memis bir hastada postoperatif dénemde uygulanan mide-duodenum grafisi ve endoskopi divertiktil varhféini ortaya koydu. Yeniden ameliyat edilerek gastrotomi yapmadan divertikiilektomi uygulanan hasta semptomsuz olarak taburcu edildi

Abstract

A patient who had been operated on the diagnosis of Gastric Diverticulum haden’t been free of the symptoms and postoperatively the existance of diverticulum had been clarified by upper gastrointestinal éeries and endoscopy, so was reoperated and without any gastrostomy a diverticulectomy was discharged with no symptoms.
