Depresyonun Biyolojik Temelleri ve Antidepresif İlaçlar

Abstract

Günümüzde antidepresan ilaç tüketiminin giderek artış: dikkate alınarak depresyonun etyolojisinde biyokimyasal etkenleri ve antidepresif ilaçların tanıtılması amacıyla bu makale hazirlanmistir. Makale de depresyon patogenezi hakkinda noroendokrin arastirmalar ve amin hipotezleri 19121 altinda son gorusler gézden gecirilmistir. Ayrica antidepresif ilaglarin etkileri, etki mekanizmalar1, sık görülen yan etkileri anti depresif ilaç seçiminde depresyon tedavisinde dikkat edilmesi gereken noktalar üzerinde durularak antidepreresif ilaçlar tanıtılmıştır.

BIOLOGICAL BASES OF DEPRESSION AND ANTIDEPRESSANT MEDICATIONS

Abstract

Knowing that the consumption of antidepressive drugs is gradually growing in quantity, this article aims at introducing the biochemical factors in the ethiology of depression and the antidepressive drugs. Recent studies related to neuroendocrin researches and amin hypothesis of depression patogenez have been surveyed before writing this article.
