ROMATİZMAL KALP KAPAKLARINDA İMMÜNGLOBÜLİN VE KOMPLEMAN DEPOLANMALARININ İMMÜNFLORESAN METODLA DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ

Abstract

Romatizmal kalp hastalığı nedeni ile tek veya çift kapak replasmanı yapılan 30 hastanın kalp kapaklarındaki immünglobülin ve kompleman depolanmalarını araştırdık. Aort kapaklarında hiç fisk immünkopleksler görmediğimiz halde, mitral kapaklarda değişik şiddet ve oranlarda immünglobülin depolanması olduğunu gördük. Ancak bu immünkomplekslerdeki antijenin türünü saptayabilseydik, immünopatogeneze katkısını daha iyi değerlendirebilirdik.
