ALLERJİK HASTALARDA APOLİPOPROTEİN A, ve B DÜZEYLERİ

Abstract

VLDL, LDL,LDL-In olarak adlandırılan plazma lipoproteinleri ve yağ asitleri, mitojen etkisi ile oluşan lenfosit proliferasyonunun in vitro olarak kuvvetle baskılar. Araştırıcılar bu immünoregulatuar özellikten apolipoproteinlerin sorumlu olduklarını bildirmektedirler. Bu çalışmada 26 allerjisi bulunan hastada ve 17 sağlıklı kişide Apo A, ve Apo B düzeylerini ölçtük. Gruplar arasında istatistiksel olarak arlamlı fark bulamadık. Bu gözlem sonucunda apolipoproteinlerin tip 1 hipersensitivite reaksiyonunda rol oynamadığını düşündük. Ancak bu hipotezi kanıtlamak için daha ileri çalışmalara ihtiyaç vardır.
