OSTEOBLASTİK KEMİK TÜMÖRLERİ

Abstract

Bu çalışmada primer kemik tümörleri içindeki büyük gruplardan birini oluşturan osteoblastik kemik tümörleri ayırıcı tanısal özellikleri açısından incelenmiştir. AÜTF Patoloji ABD'na 1970-1989 yılları arasında gelen 237 primer osteoblastik kemik tümörü vakası klinik, radyolojik ve patolojik yönleri ile yeniden değerlendirilmiştir. 114 (6 48.1) vaka osteosarkoma, 68 (96 28) vaka osteoma, 33 (25 13.9) va- ka osteoid osteoma ve 22 (X& 9.3) vaka da osteoblastoma olarak değerlendirilmiştir. Vakaların yaş, cins ve lokalizasyon gibi istatistiksel veriler tablolar halinde sunulmuştur. Osteosarkomalar içinde en sık osteoblastik subtipin görüldüğü saptanmıştır.

OSTEOBLASTIC BONE TUMORS

Abstract

In this study osteoblastic bone tumors which forms one of the big group of primary bone tumors were evaluated from differential diagnosis 2Spects. 237 primary osteoblastic bone tumor cases admitted to Pathology department of Ankara University School of Medisine from 1970 to 1989 were reevaluated from clinical, radiological and histopathological aspects. 114 (48.1 &) cases were osteosarcoma, 68 (28 9) cases were osteoma, 33 (13.9 “6) cases were osteoid osteoma and 29 (9.3 5) cases were osteoblastoma, Age, sex and localization data of cases were presented as table. Osteoblastic subtype of osteosarcoma iş. the most freguent subtype of osteosarcoma.
