KONTRAKTE MESANELİ HASTALARDA AGUMENTASYON AMACIYLA SİGMODO - SİSTOPLASTİ

Abstract

Augmentasyon sistoplastisi, kapasitesi küçülmüş, kontrakte ve yüksek basınçlı mesanelerde oldukça faydalı bir cerrahi yaklaşımdır. Bazı bilinen avantajları nedeniyle sigmoid kolon, mesane sugmentasyonunda tercih edilen bir doku olmuştur. Bu çalışmada sigmoidosistoplasti uygulanan 4 kontrakte mesaneli hasta sunulmuş; bunların ameliyat teknikleri ile klinik sonuçları tartışılmıştır.

SIGMODO - CYSTOPLASTY FOR AUGMENTATION PURPOSE IN PATIENTS WITH CONTRACTED BLADDER

Abstract

Augmentation cystoplasty is a useful attitude for surgical management of patients with small, contracted and high-pressure bladders. Because of its certain advantagesş, sigmoid colon is a convenient adjunct for bladder augmentation. Herein, we preseni 4 cases of contracted bladders all of whom underwent sigmoido cystoplasty operation. The technical aspects and clinical results are discussed.
