Abstract

Sistin taşlarının tedavisinde taşların sık nüks etmeleri nedeniyle medikal ve profilaktik tedavi, cerrahi tedaviden daha önemlidir. e-MPG üriner sistin düzeyini normale indirmesi ve yan etkilerinin azlığı nedeniyle sistinürik hastaların tedavisinde kullanılması önerilir hale gelmiştir.
