Abstract

Bu çalışma epidural anestezide alkalinize bupivakain'in etkisini incelemek amacıyla plânlandı.Hastalar iki gruba ayrılarak birinci gruptaki hastalara pH'sı 5.95 olan piyasadaki normal bupivakain'den uygulanırken ikinci gruptaki hastalara 20 ml bupivakain'e 0.25 Cc NaHcoO;, eklenerek hazırlanan ve pH'sı 7.15 olan solüsyon uygulandı. İki grupta da lokal anestezik içine 1/200.0900'lik epinefrin ilave edildi. Bütün hastalarda ilk 30 dk. içinde
