Gerilmiş Pozisyondaki Sıçan İskelet Kasının İnce Yapı Düzeyinde İncelenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, 14 adet erkek sıçanın m. soleus'undan alınan kas liflerinin ince yapısı incelendi. Bunlardan 4 tanesi kontrol olarak ele alındı. Deney gurubunda olan 10 tanesinde ise kas lifleri 15 ve 30'ar gün süreyle belirli yönde gerilmeye tabi tutuldu. Kontrollerden alınan kas liflerinde miyofibrillerin band düzeninin iyi korunmuş olduğu gözlendi. Deney guruplarında ise miyofibril düzeninde ve yapısın- da değişmeler saptandı. Bunlar Z-bandında, eğrilik, Komşu miyofibrillere oranla kayma ve sarkomer kalınlığında farklılık, Z-bandı genişlemeleri, bol ribozom ve glikojen granülleri olarak belirlendi. Sonuç olarak, kas dokusuna uygulanan mekanik etkiye bağlı aşırı gerilmenin ince yapıda belirgin değişmelere neden olabileceği kanısına varıldı.

Ultrastructural Changes of Stretch-Induced Skeletal Muscle

Abstract

The fine structure of muscle fibres from m, Soleus of 14 rats was investigated. Four individuals constituated nonstretched controls while 10 subject participated in 4 and 8 weeks muscular stretching program. Specimens from the control showed a well-preserved, regular myofibrilar band pattern while changes in the myofibrillar architecture were İound in specimens taken after the experimental group. These changes consisted of Z-band alterations, Z-band being out of register, Z-band density extensions. Just beneath the Z-membran abundant glycogen particles and ribosomes were observed. In second experimental group, muscle fibres were predominantiy affected. Contrary to the controls the experimental individuals showed a greater variation in sarcomer structure and lengths. It is conclüded that muscular work of high tension can induce fine-structural alterations.
