İnsan Miyometriyum Dokusunda Gebelık Dısı Ve Gebeliğin Farklı Donemlerının Ultrastrüktür Düzeyinde Karşılastırılmalı İncelenmesi

Year 1990, Volume: 43 Issue: 3, 857 - 868, 30.09.1990

Abstract

Çalışmada insan miyometriyum dokusunun gebeliğin gelişmesindeki ince yapı değişiklikleri tanımlandı. Miyometriyumun gebelik görünümleri gebe olmayanlarla eş süreçler içinde karşılaştırıldı. Miyometriyum düz kas hücrelerinin ince yapı manifestasyonları çekirdek ve çevresindeki sitoplazma, aktomiyozin filaman demetleri yerleşimleri, sarkolemma, altı organellerin bulunma özellikleriyle birarada tanimlandilar. Hücrelerarası filaman demetleriyle amorf maddenin değişimleri saptandı. Düz kas hücreleri arasındaki bağlantı yapılarının gebelikteki durumlarının doğum sırasındaki miyometriyum senkronizasyonuna katkıları belirlendi.

«Electron Microscopical Survey of Human Myometrium During The Course of Pregnancy: Fine Structural Variances When Compared With The Non-Pregnant Ones»

Year 1990, Volume: 43 Issue: 3, 857 - 868, 30.09.1990

Abstract

In the work, cells and intercellular area of the pregnant myometria have been endeavoured Myometrial smooth muscle cell organelles such as nucleus, bundles of actomiyosine filaments, arrangements of the cisternae and tubuli of sarcoplasmic reticulum and juxtanuclear and subsarcolemmal fine structural organizations were
studied at a fine structural level. Altered filaments of the intercellular substance in between the myometrial smooth muscle cells were also carefuly evaluated in the
progress of pregnancy. Modified units of the junctional complexes were described among the myometrial cells with their roles of myometrial synchronization during the process of labor.
