Abstract
In this article, an introduction to in vitro fertilization has been made, followed by the clinical management, oocyte pick-up. IVF laboratory and oocyte-sperm culture techniques, growth of human conceptus in vitro and final embryo transfer. The importance of this process is tried to emphasize with particular attention on the presence of the embryologist in the procedure.
