SKROTAL PATOLOJİLERİN DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİNDE ULTRASONOGRAFİ

Abstract

AÜ.T.F. Radiodiagnostik Anabilim Dalında üç yılı aşkın bir süre içinde 253 olguda skrotal ultrasonografi yapılmıştır. Ultrasonografik bulgular verilmekte; operasyon sonucu elde edilen olgularda, yöntemin tutarlılığı tartışılmaktadır. Değerlendirmeye kriptoorşidizm olguları alınmamıştır. Yöntemin testis içi ve dışı lezyonların tanımlanmasında © 100 duyarlı olduğu anlaşılmıştır. Ultrasonografinin, skrotal patolojilerin olduğu anlaşılmıştır. Ultrasonografinin, skrotal patolojilerin tanı ve ayırıcı tanısında seçkin bir tanı degeri olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır.
