Abstract

We report a kidney tumor of 37-year old woman. It is thought to be remarkable the presence in our patient of glomeruloid structurès with clear cell areas. To our knowledge, this is the first case in the literature. Based on the findings, differential diagnostic features and histogenesis of renal cell carcinoma and Wilms tumor are discussed, and it is proposed that this tumor is of Bowman capsule origin

Abstract

37 yaşında bir kadında görülen böbrek tümörünü bildiriyoruz. Hastamızda, glomerüloid yapılar ve berrak hücreli alanlar bulunması dikkat çekicidir. Bildiğimiz kadarıyla bu, literatürdeki ilk vakadır. Bulgular ışığında renal hücreli karsinom ve Wilms tümörünün ayırıcı tanı özellikleri ve histogenezi tartışılmış ve bu tümörün Bowman kapsülünden kaynaklandığı öne sürülmüştür.
