Abstract

Büyük frontorbital-Distal anterior serebral arter birleşke anevrizması olgusu sunulmuştur. Bu lokalizasyonda anevrizma, oldukça nadirdir. Sunulan olguda sözkonusu bölgede sakküler bir anevrizmadan çok anevrizmal dilatasyon saptanmıştır. Dilatasyon kalıcı kliplenme sırasında yüksek prematür rüptür riski taşımaktadır.
