Abstract

Placental placental trophoblastic tumor (PSTT) is a rare trophoblastic disease of the uterus after pregnancy that develops with tumor proliferation of placental villi, intermedjer trophoblasts characterized by the absence of widespread bleeding and necrosis , The unidirectional cellular structure and lazy biological behavior of a tumor with a sample of invasive growth have led to its interpretation as a different antithesis from other trophoblastic neoplasms (11,16, 19). Although they are morphologically and clinically different from chorio-carcinomas, they have been the source of terminological confusion in the literature for a long time due to their rarity and difficulty in evaluation.
