Plasental Yerleşimli Trofoblastik Tümör ve Histogenezi
Abstract
Plasental yerleşimli trofoblastik tümör (PSTT) plasental villusların, yaygın kanama ve nekrozun yokluğu ile karekterli intermedjer trofoblastların tümoral proliferasyonu ile gelişen nadir bir gebelik sonrası uterus trofoblastik hastalığıdır , İnvazif büyüme örneğine sahip tümörün tek yönlü hücresel yapısı ve tembel biyolojik davranışı, diğer trofoblastik neoplazmlardan farklı bir antite olarak yorumlanmasına yol açmıştır (11,16, 19). Hem morfolojik hem de klinik yönden özellikle koryokarsinomlardan farklılanmasına karşın az görülmeleri ve değerlendirme güçlükleri nedeni ile uzun süre literatürdeki terminolojik karışıklığın kaynağı olmuşlardır
