Gebelik Toksemisinde Serum Östriol Ve Dehidroepiandrosterone Ölçümü

Abstract

Bu çalışmada 45 gebelik toksemili hasta ile 12 normotensif sağlıklı gebe kontrol gurubunda fetoplasenter fonksiyon testlerinden östriolve bunun prekürsörü olan dehidroepiandrosterone sülfatın maternal kanda araştırılması yapılmıştır. Toksemik hastalarda maternal total serum östriol değerleri kontrol gurubundan anlamlı olarak düşük bulunurken, dehidroepiandrosterone sülfat değerlerinde toksemik hasta ve kontrol gurubu arasında anlamlı bir fark bulunamamıştır. Östriol ve dehidroepiandrosteron sülfat seviyelerindeki bu farklılığın nedeni bozulmuş uteroplasental perfüzyon olabilir.

Serum Estrıol And Dehydroepıandrosterone Measurement In Pregnancy Toxemıa

Abstract

Fortyfive patients with clinically evident toxemia of pregnancy and iwelve healthy pregnancies as a control group has been investigated in maternal blood for estriol and dehydroepiandrosterone sulfate which is a. precursor of estriol. In toxemic pregnancies significantiy lower maternal total serum esttiol levels have been found whereas no Significant difference has been observed in dehydroepiandrosterone sulfate levels in between the control group and the patients of toxemic pregnancy. The difference between the estriol and dehydroepiandrosterone sulfate levels in toxemia of pregnancy is probabiy due to reduced uteroplasental perfussion.
