Idiopathic Pulmonary Hemosiderosis (A case report)
Abstract
Idiopathic pulmonary hemosiderosis characterised by recurrent. intrapulmonary hemoragies, iron deficiency anemia and pulmonary reticulonoduler infiltrations in radiologic wiews; is a rare clinical entity mostiy seen in the childhood and adolescent ages. The clinical, pathologic and laboratory findings were presented in this article due to a case.
The literature on this subject was reevaluated and was emphasized that if clinical accuracy has been a İact, this disorder although seen rarely had to be considered in the differential diagnosis of iron deficiency anemia and diagnosis could be established if taken into account.
