Abstract

An eight year old boy was admitted to our clinic because of abdominal distention. He had partial absence of abdominal wall musculature, bilateral hydronephrosis and urethral obstruction. No other abnormalities were identified. Cryptorchidism was not present. Because of this and partial absence of abdominal wall musculature our patient was accepted as incomplet PBS.

Abstract

Sekiz yaşında bir erkek çocuk karın şişliği nedeniyle kliniğimize yatırıldı. Karın duvarının kaslarında kısmi yokluk, bilateral hidronefroz ve üretra tıkanıklığı vardı. Başka bir anormallik saptanmadı. Kriptorşidizm yoktu. Bu ve karın duvarı kaslarının kısmen yokluğu nedeniyle hastamız eksik PBS olarak kabul edildi.
