Abstract
Bu derlemede amaç doku kültürlerine, kullanılan terimler, araç ve gereçler, laboratuar ile, media'mn açıklanması yoluyla genel bir giriş yapmak olmuştur. Doku kültürü tekniklerinin ve bunlarda kullanılması gereken media'mn seçiminde gözönüne alınması gereken faktörler, ikinci bir çalışmada sunulacaktır.
