Abstract
Anjina abdominalis veya kroniklinik k intestinal iskemi, hastalarda, ciddi rahatsızlıklara sebep olan, ani ölümlere yol açan ve incebarsaklara âit tıkayıcı arter hastalığı sonucunda oluşan bir klinik patoloji olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Şiddetli karın ağrısı ve yemek sonrası dispeptik şikayetleri bulunan şahıslarda bu hastalık hatırlanmalı ve bu yönde gerekli araştırmalar yapılmalıdır. Bir anjina abdominalis olgusu dolayısıyle literatürü gözden geçirerek bilgilerimizi irdeledik ve vak'amız ile ilgili sonuçlarımızı sunduk.

Abstract
Angina abdominalis or chronic intestinal ischemia is a clinical pathology that causes serious discomfort in patients, leads to sudden death and occurs as a result of occlusive arterial disease of the small intestine. This disease should be remembered in individuals with severe abdominal pain and dyspeptic complaints after meals and necessary research should be done in this direction. We reviewed the literature on an angina abdominalis case and presented our results regarding our case.
