Abstract

Malignant vascular tumors of bone, having its origin in the pre-, cursor cells of the vessels, are rare. They show difference in morphology, as well as in clinical behavior. Recently, these tumors has been saparatcd as angiosarcoma and hcmangiocndotholioma with somcwhat indolent course in the later. Morphology of bone tumors need to be searched well for the differentiation of the two extremes. An example of angiosarcoma of bone, localised on the upper end of humerus, manifesting itself as radiolucent defect, has been presented. The new sights on the entity has been reviewed.

Bu tür bir lezyonun klinik davramsml belirlemek üzere histopatolojik yaplsl belirli parametreler kullanilarak dikkatle incelenmelidir. Sag humerus üst ucunda tesbit edilen bir angiosarkoma vakasl sunuldu ve literatür gözden geçirildi
