One of the most remarkable discoveries in recent years is the involment of the major histocompatibility complex in immunologic reactions. set of The human leucocyte antigens (HLA) system represents a similar genes in man and comprises 5 closely linked genetic loci on chromosome 6. Transplantation antigens coded for the HLA-A, HLA-B, HLA-C, HLA-C and HLA-DR loci are readly idendified with the use of serologic technic. The connection with a particular HLA type may make it possible to In
distinguish different clinical forms of a disease. some disease the HLA region served as a genetic marker for recessive or dominantly inherid disease genes. Gen frequency and disease association differ in different geographic regions. In this investigation, we have come to conclusion that : Some of HLA antigens, A9, A10, Bis and B4o antigens showed a, relative risk, although it was at a lower rate, compared with the other types antigens. It will be possible to attain a more meaningful result as the number of cases increase.
