Abstract

Yirmidokuz yaşında bir erkek hasta sol lomber ağrı nedeni ile kliniğimize başvurdu. Çekilen İVP'ler de sol böbreğin üst kaliks sisteminde 3 cm. çapında divertikül olduğu saptandı.
Hastada infeksiyon, taş ve hematüri olmadığından konservatif tedavi uygun görüldü, belirli peryotlarla kontrole gelmesi önerildi

Pyelocalyceal Diverticula

Abstract

A 29 year-old male patient was seen with the complaint of left lumbar pain. An IVP delineated a calyceal diverticulum of 3 cm diameter in the upper pole of the left kidney.
The patient was managed conservatively with periodual controle, since he had no associated abnormalities as infection, stone or haematuria.
