Abstract

Bu çalışma 24 kontrol 38 gebe toplam 62 olguda yapılmıştır. Gebe ve kontrol gruplarındaki olgularda, tanı dozunda ultrason uygulanmasının kan prostaglandin düzeyi, kan basıncı, nabız sayısı ve Ç.K.S. değerleri üzerine etkileri incelenmiştir.uygulamasvmn
Ultrason uygulamasl kontrol ve gebe grubunda kan PGBA düzeylerini anlamll olarak artlrm1S, kontrol grubunda sistolik kan basmclm anlamll ölçüde azaltlrken diyastolik kan basmclnl, ortalama kantolik, diyastolik ve ortalama kan basmçlarmda anlamll azalma ve Ç.K.S. saylsmda artmaya neden olmustur. Nablz sayisl ise etkilenmemistir.

Abstract

The effect of ultrasound on maternal blood prostaglandin levels and blood pressure of pregnantsDiagnostic dose of ultrasound caused increase of blood prostag landin like activity in pregnant and nonpregnant women. This incre ase was not observed in women who were pretreated with aspirin. Systolic, diastolic and mean blood pressures of pregnant women were decreased by ultrasound. Fetal heart rate was increased.Ultrasoundinduced changes on blood pressure and blood prostaglandin levels Of pregnant women were discussed.
