The İmportance Of Diastolic Blood Pressure Changes During Exercise Testing On The Diagnosis Of Coronary Artery Disease

Abstract

The importance of diastolic blood pressure changes during exercişe testing on the diagnosis of coronary artery disease. We evaluated diastolic blood pressure changes of 312 patients were divided as group 1 (76 patients with increased diastolic blood pressure) and group II (236 patients with normal diastolic blood pressure). ST depression was greater in group I than those of group II (p< 0.001). There was no significant difference between coronary artery lesions of two groups. Diastolic blood pressure change during exercise testing seems important in the diagnosis of coronary artery disease.
