Evaluatıon Of Coronary Artery Lesıons And Rısk Factors In Myocardıal Infarctıon Patıents Under The Age Of 40

Abstract

One hundred and forty-three patients with acute myocardial infarction (39 patients aged under 40, 104 patients aged over 40) underwent coronary angiography and the obstructive lesions in coronary arteries were evaluated. The risk factors of these patients were also determined. One vessel diseases in patients aged under 40 were seen wich more than in the patients aged over 40. Smoking as found to be an important risk factor in the young patients.
