Abstract

Toplam 59 olgunun olusturdugu bu çallsmada gebelerde, kontrol olgularmda, ölü fötus ve missed-abortion olgularmda kan prostaglandin benzeri aktivite degerleri saptandl. Gebe olgularla kontrol grubunun PGBA düzeyleri arasmda an lamll bir fark görülmemi9tir„ «Missed abortion» ve intrauterin ölü fötüs tamsl konan olgularm kan PGBA dežerleri dižer gebe olgularm dan anlamll olarak düsük bulunmustur.
