Abstract

Bu seride 64 arteriel yaralanması olan hasta incelenmiştir. Mortalite % 17.18 olarak tesbit edilmistir. Bu calisma ile, arteriel yaralanmalarda zamanin önemi bir kez daha ortaya konmus ve otojen ven grefti kullanımı, kirik stabilizasyonu, eslik eden major venlerin yaralanmalarının tamiri, yeterli debridman ve gerektiğinde fasiotominin prognoz üzerine etkili diğer önemli unsurlar oldugu sonucuna varılmıştır.

Abstract

In this paper we reviewed 64 patients with arterial injuries. The mortality rate was 17,18 percent. ‘We emphasized the importance of period between the time of n-- jury and the time of hospital admittance. We also conclude that the use of autogenous vein graft, fracture stabilization, repair of concomittantly injured major veins, adequate debridment and decompression fasciotomy are the other important prognostic parameters.
