Sağlıklı Doğum Ve Perinatal Ölümlerin Diskriminant Analizi İle Sınıflandırılması

Abstract

Bu araştırmada, Ankara Zekai Tahir Burak Doğum Hastanesi'nde bir yıl içinde meyda na gelen; ölü doğumlar (n —498) , travay sırasın daki ölümler (n —214) , erken neonatal ölümler (nz428) ve her günden rastgele seçilen sağlıklı doğumlar (11—365) , çok değişkenli analiz yöntemlerinden, Diskriminant Analizi ile karşılaştırılmıştır. Bu karşılaş tırmalarda kullanılan değişkenler, doğum öncesinde annelerde tespit edilen özelliklerdir. Amaç, annelerin bu özelliklerinden yararlanarak, sağlıklı doğumlar ile perinatal ölümlerin doğumdan önce sınıflandırılıp, sınıflandırılamayacağını araştırmaktır.Sağlıklı grup ile perinatal ölümler tek tek karşılaştırıldığında, sağlıklı grubun % 93-96 oranında, perinatal ölümlerin ise % 82-86 oranında doğru olarak sınıflandırıldığı görülmüştür.

Abstract

Throughout this research, the still-births (11—498), the deaths du ring labour (11—214), early neonatal infant deaths (113428) and the survivals (nz365) randomly chosen per day in Ankara Zekai TahirBurak Maternity Hospital, are compared by Discriminant Analysis which is one of the multivariate analysis methods. The variables used in these comparisons are the charyteristics obtained from the mot hers during prebirth periods. The purpose is to investigate whether it will be possible to classify the survivals and the perinatal deaths during the prebirth period.
