Abstract
Mesanenin paragangliomu çok nadir görülen bir tümördür. Bu yaZlda sekiz yaslnda bir erkek çocugunda görülen mesane paragangli- omu sunulmustur. Miksiyon sonrasl ortaya Glkan hipertansiyon semp- tomlarl, önemli bir özelližidir ve dikkat edildižinde preoperatif tam verilmesini de sažlayabilir. Ureterin tlkanmasl nedeniyle revezibl hidronefrozis de olusan bu vakamn histolojik ve klinik özellikleri literatürün 191žmda irdelenmistir

Abstract
Paragangliomas involving the urinary bladder are rare neoplasms. In this article it's reported a case of paraganglioma of the urinary bladder, which was diagnosed in a ten years' old boy. Hypertension following micturition is an important diagnostic feature, and when noticed a preoperative diagnosis of paraganglioma of the bladder is suspected. There was also a reversible hydronephrosis of the left kid ney in this case. The histological and clinical features of the case were discussed under the light of the literature
