Kalp Hastalarında Serebral Emboli

Abstract

1983-1987 Ylllarl arasmda serebral emboli tespit edilen 116 hasta ile emboli dlâlnda dežisik nedenlerle hemipleji Olan 604 hasta tetkik edildi. Lateralizasyon ve atrial fibrilasyon mevcudiyeti incelendi. Serebral embolili hastalarda atrial fibrilasyon ve sol hemipleji diger gruba göre anlamll olarak fazla tespit edildi. Embolinin sag hemisfere yerlesip sol hemipleji meydana getirmesini, aorta ve büyük damar larm anatomik durumlarl ve kan aklrnl dinarniži ile izaha çallîtlk.

Cerebral Embolism in Heart Patients

Abstract

Between the years 1983 - 1987, 116 patients with cerebral embolus and 604 patients with hemiplegi that had occured with various reasons other than embolus were examined. The existence of atrial fibrillation and the direction of lateralisation were examined. There was an excess of atrial fibrillation and left hemiplegi to an important extent among the patients with cerebral embolus when they were compared with the other grup. We tried to explain why the emboli went into the right hemispheria by the anatomic structure of the aorta and great vessels and by hedomynamics.
