Abstract

Aorta abdominal aneurysms samldlgmdan daha Sik rastIamlrnaktadlr. Etyoiojìsinde, günümüzde % 90 atherosk\erosis sorumludur. C)lümcül komplikasyonlan nedeni ile cerrahi bir hastallktlr. Ankara Univ. TIP Faki Genel Cerahi Anabilim Dalmda, 1960-1987 Ylllari arasmda 51 hasta elektif olarak tedavi edilmistir. 15 olgumuzda post-operatif komplikasyon gelismi§, 6 olgumuzda kaybedilmistir. Post-operatif erken mortalitemiz % 13,3'dür.8-14 sürelerle takip edebildižimiz 20 olgumuzda greftler fonksiyoner olarak bulunmustur.

Abstract

The incidence of the aortic abdominal aneurysms are more common than expected. 90 per cent of abdominal aortic aneurysms are due to atherosclerosis. Because of its mortal outcome surgery should not be delayed. The University of Ankara, School of Medicine, Depart ment of General Surgery, 51 patients under elective conditions, operated between 1960-1987. Post-operative complications occurred in 15 patients and 6 patients died. Early mortality is % 13,3. The grafts were functioning in 20 cases which were followed 1-14 ye
