Abstract

1970 ile 1986 yılları arasında infektif endokardit tanısıyla Hacet tepe Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Göğüs ve Kalp-Damar Cerrahisi, İç Hastalıkları ve Pediatri bölümlerinde tedavi gören 66 hastadaki medikal ve cerrahi tedavi sonuçları literatür bilgilerinin ışığı altında değerlendirildi. Hastalara belirli endikasyon koşûlları altında erken devred cerrahi tedavi uygulanmasının mortaliteyi düşürdüğü sonucuna varıldı.

Abstract

İn infective endocardites, to make ideal treatment clearj the results of the medical and surgical treatments that are applied to 66 patients in «Hacettepe University Medical Faculty» from 1970 to 1986 time intervals, were being examined and appreciated according to the literature knowledge, İt has been concluded that, if the patients are treated surgically, under certain indication conditions immediately, mortality rate Will be reduced.
