Abstract

Makalemizde, 1189 çocukluk çağı tümörleri içinde yer alan 158 non-Hodgkin lenfoma olguları sunulmuştur. Bu non-Hodgkin lenfoma olguları Kiel Klasifikasyonuna göre değerlendirilmiştir.
128 non-Hodgkin lenfoma olgumuz lenfoblastik tip olup bunun % 34.4 ü Burkitt tiptir. Burkitt tip lenfoma olgularının % 682 si batında yerleşim göstermiştir, buna karşın non-Burkitt olanlarda bu oran % 25 dir.Araştırmamızda diğer çocukluk çağı malign tümörleri arasında çocukluk çağı lenfomalarınm ilk sırayı aldığı belirlenmiştir.

Childhood Non-Hodgkin's Lymphomas

Abstract

One hundred and fifty eight cases of non-Hodgin's lymphoma among 1189 childhood malignant tumors were present . These non hodgin's lymphoma cases were reviewed according Kiel's classification and rediagnosed. One hundred twenty eight cases of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma were lymphoblastic type whose 34.4 % was Burkitt type, and 68.2 % of Burkitt's lymphoma was located in the abdomen, although in non, Burkitt's lymphoma 25 % of cases showed abdominal involvement. Our results demonstrated that the childhood lymphoma comes first among the other malignant tumors.
